Advantage And Drawback Of iOS 7

Updating to iOS 7 has its drawback and advantages.

The drawback is that the iOS 7 is preferably designed to newer version of iPhone and iPad such as iPhone 5 and iPad 4th generation that have much faster hardware compared with the older or earlier version of iPhone or iPad.  Also, if you insist to stay on your current iOS 6, the application you downloaded using your current iOS will not be updated anymore since the developers will now be encouraged to concentrate on the latest version of iOS—leading old applications into oblivion. Remember, after downloading and installing iOS 7, you can not revert to the previous iOS 6.

The advantage of having the latest iOS is that  you can continuously update application you just downloaded using the latest version of iOS 7. New full features are available only for iPhone 5 and iPad 4. However, limited features are expected for older version of iPhone and iPad.

For your own comfortability and convenience, wait until Apple Corporation releases new update of iOS 7 that would be available within weeks or a month after it was launched. Repairing bugs in the new iOS 7 are very much anticipated. While awaiting for updates, just relax and be patient to avoid hassle and frustration in the future.

The Effect In Time Of Leap Year

The Earth And The Sun

Every year, Earth revolves completely around the sun. Along its rotational course, the Earth drifts from time to time or season as it heads the complete revolution in the sun. Uncommon to others, the Earth completes its revolution around the sun at exactly 365.2500 days in Julian Calendar or calendar year. So, since we have only 365 days in our calendar, we neglect 1/4 day prior to leap year. As a result, an intercalary or inserted day is assigned to February every leap year to compensate the neglected but accumulated quarter day each year in common years.

The Importance Of Soil And Trees

The Topsoil
Soil is often neglected in our lives. The soil plays an important role in all living things. It provides water retention within our land so as to give life to the matter or things that depend on it. In the soil, remains of dead living things such as plants and animals including their feces become organic matter. After decomposition, the organic matter goes to the soil and adjacent water forming molecules that is proven beneficial to both plants and animals. The present organic matter also act as a neutralizer to regulate the acidity in the soil and environment.

Mutual Relationship Of Soil And Trees In Environment
The topsoil covers up 2 feet to 8 inches from underneath and is where the plants depend. This part of the soil is where exchange of nutrients happens. Those living things who depend on it got its fundamental need in the soil. When this soil is neglected and is not planted, it causes flood. These trees are called the sponge of water underground to mitigate flooding in lowlands. By means of this soil, water transport toward the plants and trees happen.

Crops depend greatly in the absorption of nutrients in the soil. However, soil also benefits from the crops such as legumes and peas because it gives them nutrient contrary to other crops that is just commensal to the soil.

Illegal Activities:  Illegal logging and Kaingin
There are other problems facing both trees and soil. By means of illegal logging and kaingin, soil and trees collapse in the environment that endanger the people living nearby. The continuous denudation of trees in the mountainous region contribute to the destruction of soil and trees. Soil can easily be eroded if it is not well cultivated by means of planting. It can not really hold amount of water above so if the rain or typhoon comes the erosion happens. It erodes more than you expected. Also, important minerals in the soil might be lost for plant consumption due to run-off, leaching etc.

Trees create shade and produce oxygen
So start maintaining these important living things in our lives. The plant and trees give us oxygen in return after it consume our poisonous carbon dioxide. The trees is also the source of some fruit that we eat and the source of food of other creatures which involve in pollination. Also, it creates shade in the leisure park or around  your house to lessen the effect of scorching heat from the sun. Furthermore, it is also proven that trees can be a buffer to some irritating noise from the environment up to 50 percent.

The soil produces almost all of food that we and the living creatures consume including trees.

LAIKA -the first creature in space

When the Russian government commenced and launched its mission in space in the late 1950s, it was a stray dog named Laika was chosen to test a launch in space. Scientists had preferred stray-mongrel dogs to easily acclimatize on the conditions in the outer space unlike those bred dogs.
At the outset, they chose Laika because of its kind and beautiful nature. Russian wanted a beautiful dog to represent the first creature in space before man.  Laika was chosen nine days before the intended space expedition.

During this time, Russian and American were scrambling to pioneer space travel. They named their space travelers as cosmonaut and astronaut for Russian and American.

In the history of Russian space experimentation, prospective animal to be launched should be a dog and small stray-mongrel so that they could easily be installed in a capsule like cabin.
When laika was about to be launched into space on November 3, 1957, aboard Sputnik 2, there were last minute technical problems or temperature concern inside the cabin where Laika was installed.  The temperature was very low, so they attached a hose going into the cabin to rise up the temperature.  Unfortunately, after a few hours of constant high temperature support, Laika died of overheating. Laika is the first creature to orbit Earth. The cause of Laika's death was not disclosed to the public until the year 2002.
